Angela Davis-Morris
President and Managing Attorney

Angela Davis-Morris is the president and managing attorney of Davis-Morris Law Firm, P.A., a law firm limited to the representation of disabled people seeking Social Security Disability benefits. Born in Natchez, Mississippi, Davis-Morris grew up in a military family and traveled extensively. She graduated from Our Lady Academy, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi (1985); received a B.S. from University of Southern Mississippi (1989); and her Juris Doctor from University of Mississippi (1992). She has practiced law in Hattiesburg since then.

Davis-Morris Law Firm, P.A. currently has offices in Clinton and Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Davis-Morris enjoys her practice and feels her biggest achievements are related to individually assisting her clients in obtaining the disability benefits they need.

Membership
Davis-Morris is a sustaining member of NOSSCR (National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives) and is currently on the Board of Directors; current President of FOSSCR (Fifth Circuit Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives). She is a regular speaker on disability issues for various organizations, including in-service training for local medical providers.

Leadership in Law 2010Ms. Davis-Morris is also a member of Area Development Partnership (the local Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Division of Forrest, Lamar and Perry Counties) where she serves her community as an Ambassador. She is a graduate of Leadership Pine Belt, and served on the Leadership Pinebelt Steering Committee for two years. She is also a member of the Hattiesburg Historic Downtown Association and was recently selected as "one of Mississippi’s top 50 attorneys for Leadership in Law "Class of 2010"

In 2008 she was named one of the 50 Leading Business Women in Mississippi. She is named in International Who’s Who of Professional, Marquis Who’s Who in American Law, and Presidential Who's Who Among Business and Professional Achievers.

Davis-Morris is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, the South Central Mississippi Bar Association, Mississippi Women Lawyers Association and the National Association of Professional Women. She is licenced to practice in all Courts in the State of Mississippi, including the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts. She is also admitted to practice before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
