Marie Scott

Marie graduated as a non-traditional student from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in American Studies in 2007. She worked as a hearing reporter with the Office of Hearings Operations (part of the Social Security Administration) for 15 years prior to employment as a legal assistant with Davis Morris Law Firm in 2019. Marie takes initial information from prospective clients, follows up on record requests, attaches social security letters and documents to client files, and creates client work summaries and medication lists. Her favorite part of her job is communicating with prospective clients, established clients, and medical facility personnel on the phone.
